Spring Hill Estates provides a good value to home buyers.  In this rental community there is no initial land cost so you can move right in and become an integral part of your community.  Our community offers new homes, resale homes, and special financing which is handled by our on site sales staff.

Spring Hill Estates is growing!  We have newly opened home lots in Phase II.

Phase I includes all current amenities, mature landscaping and tree canopy, freshly paved roads, convenient access to community entrance.  Lot rents range from $323-$330 per month.

Phase II features oversized lots, sidewalks, includes preserved land areas, future family play areas and pet friendly walking trail.  Lot rents range from $340-$350 per month. 

The lease of all lots include:

  • Courtesy Patrol
  • Common area maintenance
